My favorite dessert is cheesecake and these Individual No-Bake Gluten Vanilla Cheesecakes are the perfect size for a small dessert. Cheesecake quick and easy make without baking.
To make the cake, mix the cookies, butter and sugar together and divide into 4 glasses or jars. Then whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. For the filling, mix cream cheese, sugar and Laulukoera vanilla bean paste together. Mix whipping cream in cheese mixture and fill glass let cool for 1 to 2 hours. After the cheesecakes cool, I like to finish with berries and whipped cream.
These individual cheesecakes are perfect for a sweet treat after dinner or even during the day.
